Production Time Policy

In-stock product orders received by 1:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship from our Whitby warehouse the next business day. If an item you order is on backorder, you will be contacted by a Customer Support Specialist the same day you place the order. Our Customer Support Specialists are available Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm EST.

How is my order shipped?

Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. We cannot be responsible for delays in transit.

 

How much does it cost?

The cost to ship by all available methods will be displayed so you can select one when you checkout. Shipping costs will be added to your order during the check out process.

 

Do all of my stock items ship the same day?

For the most part, yes. There are usually 2 exceptions:

  • If your order is finalized after the 1:00 EST cutoff time.

  • If an in-stock product is on backorder.

When do orders ship?

  • In-stock product orders received by 1:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, will ship from our Whitby warehouse the same day.
  • If an item you order is on backorder, you will be contacted by a Customer Support Specialist. Our Customer Support Specialists are available Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm EST.

 

Can I track my order once it is shipped?

Yes, once the boxes have gone into the shipper's package stream, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the package on the shipper’s website: FedEx
