In-stock product orders received by 1:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship from our Whitby warehouse the next business day. If an item you order is on backorder, you will be contacted by a Customer Support Specialist the same day you place the order. Our Customer Support Specialists are available Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm EST.

Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. We cannot be responsible for delays in transit.
The cost to ship by all available methods will be displayed so you can select one when you checkout. Shipping costs will be added to your order during the check out process.
For the most part, yes. There are usually 2 exceptions:
If your order is finalized after the 1:00 EST cutoff time.
If an in-stock product is on backorder.
Yes, once the boxes have gone into the shipper's package stream, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the package on the shipper’s website: FedEx
