Credit Policy

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. If you pay by credit card, we will authorize the card when order is placed and charge the card when order is shipped. The credit card authorization will include shipping and associated taxes.

Hassle-Free Return Policy

We appreciate your business and will handle your return immediately.
Please call us at 1 800 661 1515 or contact us  to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that your return can be processed efficiently.

  • Non-returnable:  Product not in original packaging.
  • Returnable within 30 days: All other products.  
  • Products will be credited minus a 12% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Product Return Requirements

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be written on the outside of the box.
  • Return form is included with every invoice or available to download online.
  • Items must be returned in the same increments as they were sold.
  • Returned items must be packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside).
  • The returned item must be clean with no scratches or visible signs of use.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Credit for Your Return

Checkpoint Systems Canada will credit your account within 5 business days upon receiving the return and verifying acceptable condition. We will refund your account using the original payment method.
